Bio
Carlee Flack, Interim Head Volleyball Coach, joined the MCC coaching staff Fall 2025. Flack, a familiar face at MCC, brings a wealth of experience to the role.
Flack has five seasons as an assistant coach with the Iowa Power Volleyball Alliance in Ankeny, Iowa, where she worked with both the 14s and 18s teams. Prior to that, she served for four seasons as the head junior varsity coach and head varsity assistant coach at Urbandale High School. During her tenure at Urbandale, the team made two state tournament appearances, and she helped develop numerous all-conference and all-tournament athletes, including two Division I recruits.
Flack expressed her enthusiasm for the new position, stating, "I am very familiar with Tiger Athletics and excited to lead this season as the Interim Head Volleyball Coach. Assistant Coach Abby Redmond, is an essential part of this staff, and with a strong group of experienced returners and talented recruits, we are ready to get the season underway."
A resident of Marshalltown, Flack is married to MCC Head Men's Basketball Coach, Ryan Flack, and they have three children.
