MCC baseball swept the DMACC Bears on Wednesday, March 31 in a double-header.
The Tiger offense came alive in game one with 12 hits and 10 runs with four hitters having multi-hit games. Brock Stewart went 3-4 with one RBI. Nolan Vlcek and Brock Hatlan combined to pitch seven innings and five strikeouts to lead the Tigers to a 10-7 victory!
The Bears took an early lead in game two by scoring six runs in three innings. Ernesto Moreno Jr went 2-2 with four RBI's. Sam Tyrpa pitched through some adversity and took his outing into the 7th inning and Riley McKinnon came in to shut the door by pitching two scoreless innings! The Tigers took the game 7-6.
