Volleyball to host Tiger Invitational this weekend
The Marshalltown Community College Volleyball team will host the 2016 Tiger Invitational at the Student Activity Center on Sept. 9-10. The Tigers will welcome four teams for the weekend event.
The Marshalltown Community College Volleyball team will host the 2016 Tiger Invitational at the Student Activity Center on Sept. 9-10. The Tigers will welcome four teams for the weekend event.
This weekend's invite will consist of Grand View JV, Indian Hills Community College, Lincoln Land Community College, and Southwestern Community College.
Single day entry tickets are $6.00 for adults and $3.00 for non-MCC students. Tournament passes for $10.00 will be available as well. Children 12 and under receive free admission.
Friday's opening day will pair the Tigers vs. Grand View JV at 3:00 PM followed by Lincoln Land vs. Grand View JV at 5:00 PM. The final day of the invite will feature MCC and Lincoln Land at 7:00 PM.
Lincoln Land and Southwestern open up day two on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Indian Hills and Lincoln Land will square off at 12:00 PM followed by the invite's finale between Southwestern and Indian Hills at 2:00 PM.
