Halee Pedro Earns Second Straight Athlete of the Week

Ames, IA – The Iowa Community College Athletic Conference has announced its Athlete of the Week winners for the week of September 10-16. For the second week in a row, MCC's Halee Pedro has earned Division I Volleyball's Defensive Athlete of the Week.
Pedro recorded 116 digs in the Tigers six matches, averaging 5.22 digs per set over the week. Pedro averages just under five digs per set this season and has collected 247 total digs which ranks 15th in the NJCAA.
