Before MCC: Fauneil attended Winside High School where she participated in volleyball and track where she earned 1st Team All-Conference honors in volleyball and was named 2016 Server of the Year. 

Personal: Fauneil was born on January 6, 2000 to Sara and Chris Olander. Fauneil is has two brothers, Edward, and Allan. While at MCC she will study Elementary Education with the goal of becoming a teacher after college.
