Marshalltown Community College is excited to announce a series of free open hitting sessions for all local high school softball players this fall. New head softball coach, Dave Hartman, is extending an invitation to athletes to utilize the MCC Babe Harder indoor training facility.
The open hitting sessions will take place on Wednesday nights from 7 to 8:30 pm on the following dates: November 5, November 12, and November 19. This initiative provides a valuable opportunity for high school players to get extra swings, stay sharp, and prepare for their upcoming seasons. Coaches are also welcome to attend.
"We are thrilled to open our doors to the talented high school softball players in our community and nearby communities," said Coach Hartman. "This is a fantastic chance for them to stay ahead of the competition, have some fun, and experience our excellent indoor facility. We hope to see a great turnout this fall!"
Players and coaches interested in participating or who have questions are encouraged to contact Coach Dave Hartman directly via text or phone at (515) 490-4389.
